We’ve been around since 1999, which is a long time in Internet years!

Really Good Domains was launched around the time of the great “dot com boom” with a website called ImportANewCar.co.uk that helped people import a new car (excuse the pun!) from Europe and save £££’s on UK car prices at the time of “Rip Off Britain”.

Advertising on the Internet was not “the norm” as it is now and almost all Internet users were using painfully slow dial up connections. Whilst ImportANewCar.co.uk was hugely successful we knew that the massive differences between car prices in Europe and the UK would not last and that we needed to diversify.

We launched several new websites such as CarSupermarkets.co.uk, ContractHireAndLeasing.com, FleetDirectory.co.uk, SaveMoneyOnCars.co.uk, TheVanWebsite.co.uk, and CarAndVanAuctions.co.uk and have always enjoyed the benefits of an incredibly loyal user and advertiser base. Many of our original customers from ImportAnewCar.co.uk have also evolved and still advertise to this day on SaveMoneyOnCars.co.uk and some of our other websites.

Early on we recognized the frustration that the motor trade had with copy deadlines with traditional printed media such as magazines. Print deadlines meant that companies were advertising either old stock or out of date car leasing prices when the magazine was published. This was equally as frustrating for the consumer. We remedied this by being the first company to offer car importers and car leasing companies the facility to advertise stock & prices in real time on the Internet. As with any really good idea many have tried to copy our model, but have never equalled our successful formula.

We have steadily doubled in size every year since launch and now operate from our own £1 Million purpose built offices in Stockport, Cheshire pictured below. Our staff retention is exceptional.

We now have dedicated Account Managers that help customers maximize the results of their advertising, new business managers that deal with the steady flow of new enquiries, a large team of IT developers who constantly improve existing websites & of course develop new ones and a great admin team that keep all of the paperwork in order!

Because of our loyal user base and enviable reputation in the motors industry we have been able to expand and launch new niche websites in areas not covered.

Really Good Domains now owns and maintain more motoring websites than any other Internet Advertising company in the UK. Each is independently recognised as THE BUSIEST and most effective in its sector.

Our focus is now on reinforcing our position as “Number 1 in Marketing for Motoring” by developing new websites and making the best even better!
